The association Les Pot’Âgés, which exists within the Ehpad Théodore-Arnault in Mirebeau, has launched the amazing project “Les vieux biclous” in April 2021.
The aim is to offer its residents a moment of happiness during a bike ride in some of their favourite places.
Touched by this initiative, we wanted to participate in this project by making a donation to finance the purchase of two electric bicycles, equipped with push handles that can be used with a wheelchair.
Last month, two centenarians had the joy of returning to their native village for one, and to the centre of Mirebeau for the other, a former shopkeeper.
